Hello Mark,
Today I logged onto my business account and for the first time in nearly 6 years it was in the black.
As you can imagine, this has lifted a great weight off the shoulders of Kellie and me. 

For this I thank you all for all you have done to help us get here. 5 years and 11 months ago Kellie and I set out to help many people reach a point where they can get answers to a failed program, to try to get an opportunity for the “little guy” to be given a voice, to be given a chance to correct a great wrong. 

It was your continuous efforts and hard work that has allowed what we had originally set out to do be achieved to many businesses effected by the Home Insulation Program, with what you have achieved that future programs will be established with more consideration and greater care be taken to consider all those involved and departments take responsibility for their programs.

I do wish you all good luck with the class action as I hope many others can experience the joy that we have felt today.
